Our Admission Requirements

The Heritage Home Treatment Center program for alcohol, drug, and gambling addictions is open to adults aged 18 years and older.

To be accepted to Heritage Home’s residential care, we require that:

  1. Clients must be cognitively and physically able to participate in all aspects of our program
  2. All applicants complete the Online Admission Request Application
  3. Admitted clients purchase an open-ended plane ticket, if travelling from out of town
  4. Clients are responsible for acquiring his or her own travel visa—the center will provide an acceptance letter to aid you in this process.

Upon receipt of you application, you will be personally notified by telephone or e-mail so that any missing information can be obtained.

The program duration is dependent upon individual needs and organizational availability.

Program Rates

Drug rehab and alcohol rehab rates.Contact us directly to discuss program rates and payment methods. All applicants who are admitted into the treatment program must pay a reservation fee of 15% of the total program cost.

Payment Methods

Payment for the residential treatment program, aftercare and transitional safe housing can be made by the following methods:

Reimbursement Policies

1 - Deposit Policy
This fee is non-refundable.

2 - Medical Policy
The amount of refund is calculated by the number of unused treatment days left on the fore-agreed treatment program contract, minus the non-refundable 15% reservation fee. Clients will receive a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Legitimate medical emergency (as ordered by a physician)
  2. Death of a family member (proof required)

3 - Cancellation of Program Policy

  1. Clients who violate the treatment program rules will not be provided a refund. Our staff will make transportation arrangements to the airport. The client will be required to pay for any applicable fees.
  2. If the client chooses to leave the program before the scheduled completion period, for any reason, a refund will not be provided. Our staff will make transportation arrangements to the airport. The client will be required to pay for any applicable fees.
  3. Clients who leave the program, for any reason, within 24 hours of arrival will receive a refund, minus the 15% reservation fee. Our staff will make transportation arrangements. The client will be required to pay for any applicable travel fees.

4 - Refundable Damage and Incidental Deposit
Clients are required to pay a refundable damage and incidental deposit that will cover possible damages, transportation to airport, telephone and faxes. This payment will be sent within 30 days after the client has left the center.
