Our Activities

Sobriety Home addiction treatment center offers safe, peaceful, and relaxing country living, away from all the temptations of city life, with the comforts of a well appointed country inn. As a residential rehab center with a holistic approach to alcohol and drug addiction treatment, we believe that a program consisting of physical activity to be an important part of your healing. Recreational and sporting activities help to heal your physical body, while being a great stress-reliever.

Recreation gives you the opportunity to get back into shape, gaining confidence in your physical self and abilities, as well as teaching you how fun sobriety can be. As well, many of our recreational activities are group and off-site activities, helping you to learn to interact with others and the outside world without drugs or alcohol.

Our schedule of activities is seasonal and can include anything from bowling and paint ball, to nature walks, camping, and bike rides.

We also have a gym available to you, with a personal trainer to help design and guide you through a personal workout routine.
